We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping may be available upon request, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Detailed Shipping Process
Step 1: Registration and Documentation
Upon confirmation of the adoption agreement, the puppy will be scheduled for delivery within 48 hours.
A licensed veterinarian will conduct a comprehensive health examination, administer vaccinations, and issue a travel health certificate.
The puppy will be transported in a secure, comfortable carrier designed for safe travel.
Familiar bedding, food, and water will be included to ensure comfort during transit.
Digital ID tags and microchip details will be securely attached to the puppy for enhanced safety.
Step 2: Shipping Method and Tracking
Trusted pet transport services with GPS tracking and real-time updates guarantee safety throughout the journey.
Tracking information is provided so you can monitor your puppy’s progress at every stage.
Air transport is selected as the most efficient and secure method.
We collaborate with reputable airlines such as American Airlines Cargo, Delta Cargo, United Airlines PetSafe, and Lufthansa Cargo.
Step 3: Coordinating Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery schedules are carefully organized to reduce travel time and minimize stress.
Close coordination with transport services ensures a smooth handoff and on-time arrival.
During air travel, skilled shipping agents and pet nannies provide attentive care in designated cabin spaces.
Upon arrival, owners may greet their puppy at the airport or arrange for home delivery via a comfortable van.
To help your puppy settle in smoothly, we encourage families to share training preferences before delivery. This allows us to familiarize the puppy with your household routines. Upon arrival, please conduct a health check and provide a calm environment with hydration and rest. Our team remains available to support you with any questions after shipping.
7. Risk & Responsibility
Once shipped, responsibility for safe delivery passes to the carrier. We ensure humane, stress-free transport conditions. Customers must provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays or additional charges.
8. Tracking & Communication
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. Our team keeps you updated on adoption transport schedules. For urgent inquiries, contact us directly.
9. Changes to Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.
